If you need help with a product you purchased, send a message to the creator. Please note that our help team cannot provide support for products as they are created by third parties.
Support Periods
Creators are required to provide some type of support for their products, but how long they offer support for their product is entirely set by them. For example, some creators may offer 90 days of support after purchase while others offer longer support terms.
Each and every creator is different, so make sure to check the product's description or message to the creator to inquire about the type of support they offer.
The Creator Never Replied
In the rare scenario you do not hear back from a creator within 72 hours, let us know by submitting a request.
