Go to Dashboard → Messages
With your creator account, you will be able to send messages to potential and current customers. There are a few ways you can send a message – or even start the conversation with a new customer:
- In your dashboard, go to the
Messages Tab.
- In your order, click the
Message Bubble Icon.
Anytime you get a new message, we'll send a notification to your inbox.
Messaging Guidelines
We ask that you please follow these guidelines when messaging:
- Be helpful, kind, and respectful
- Keep the conversation professional
- Do not send spammy messages
- Do not redirect customers off the platform
To avoid any Purchase Protection claims or customers requesting a refund, we recommended replying back to messages within 24-48 hours.
Message Safely
Never share any sensitive information with anyone (such as logins, passwords, payment details, etc) – including with users and customers. They should not ask for this information.
If anyone does, report it to us right away.
