Update Email Address and Password

Go to Account → Credentials

If you'd like to update your account's email address and password, go to Account > Credentials. Here you will be able to update your current email address and password.

Strong Password Tips

To ensure your account stays secure and safe, we recommend using a strong password, we recommend the following tips when creating a password:

• Use a minimum of 10 characters
• Use a combination of uppercase and lowercase characters
• Use a combination of numbers and symbols
• Change your password every 3-6 months
• Do not use a passwords that are easy to guess

Never Share You Password

You should never share your login or password with anyone – including creators. It's common for creators to request certain information (like emails) to send manually delivered products, but they should never be asking for your marketplace login.

Reset Your Password

If you forget your password and need to reset it, you can do this by clicking the "forgot password" link on the login page when signed out of your account. Within a few minutes, you will receive an email providing a link to reset your password.
