Go to Dashboard → Listings
To create a new product listing, click the New Listing + button and add complete the new listing form. This is also the same area where you can edit and deleted product listings.
When listing your products, it's important to follow these general guidelines:
- Be descriptive in product descriptions (the more info, the better)
- Keep live demo links and passwords up to date
- Upload more than one image (2-3 is recommended)
- Images represent the product to be of professional, high quality
- Do not use a heavy amount of emojis or symbols
⚠️ Important: Only live demo links are allowed. Adding any external links to images or the description to redirect customers off of the platform goes against our policies and risks your creator account of being suspended.
Product Delivery Options (Digital or Manual)
There are two ways creators deliver their products – by digital download or manually. Follow these steps based on which delivery is best for each product you list.
- Digital Download: If your product should include a digital download, upload it to the digital download field and your product will be delivered digitally.
- Manually Delivered: If your product does NOT include a digital download and you plan on delivering it manually (through messages), you can skip the digital download field.
⚠️ Important: To avoid any Purchase Protection claims being filed against you or customers requesting a refund, it's important to deliver manual products to the customer with 48 hours of purchase.
