To help create a safe and positive experience for all our customers, we proudly offer Purchase Protection on every purchase. In the event a product was misrepresented or never delivered to you by the creator, your order may qualify for a full refund.
Before continuing, first reach out to the creator to give them the opportunity to address and resolve any issues. If a resolution cannot be met, click here to file a purchase protection claim.
By making a purchase and filing a claim, you must read and agree to the following terms:

Timely Filing: You must file your claim within thirty (30) days of the initial purchase.

Platform Communication: Communications between you and the creator must remain on the platform through marketplace messaging to be eligible for a refund.

Required Information: You must provide the necessary information, including your name, email, Stripe receipt number, a description of the issue, and any additional details that may aid in the resolution process.

Internal Review: Once submitted, our team will serve as a neutral mediator and conduct an internal review to determine if the product was accurately described. This internal review process may take up to thirty (30) days to complete.

Claim Outcome - Favorable to You: If the claim is found in your favor, indicating that the product was misrepresented prior to purchase or not delivered to you, a full refund will be issued.

Claim Outcome - Favorable to the Creator: If the claim is found in the creator’s favor, signifying that the product was represented accurately prior to purchase or was delivered to you, you will not be issued a full refund.

Acceptance of Decision: By filing a purchase protection claim, you agree to accept the final decision made by Ghost Marketplace, irrespective of whether it is in your favor or not.

Restriction on Chargeback Disputes: You will not file a chargeback dispute with your bank before or during the internal review process.

Consequences of Post-Resolution Dispute: If a dispute is filed after a claim is resolved, your account will be disabled, and access to any purchased products will be revoked.

Account Reinstatement: To regain access to your account, you must request the dispute be reversed and provide a letter of dispute reversal from your bank.
