Ghost Tokens is our free rewards program where customers can earn digital tokens on eligible purchases and then use those tokens for a discount on future marketplace orders.

Token Paybacks (Getting Paid Back)
We proudly cover all token redemptions so there is no loss to you as a creator.
When a customer redeems tokens on an order, resulting in a discount, this will be noted in the order's Summary Receipt. You will then be reimbursed in the form of a Token Payback within 30 days of the order in the amount that was discounted from the token redemption.
Token Paybacks are processed automatically and will appear along side your other orders. The payback amount will be issued to your Stripe Dashboard like a normal payment.
Token Vouchers
Creators have the ability to gift freebie tokens customers by sharing a Token Voucher redemption code. To get this code, go to your Dashboard > Marketing > Token Voucher.
The customer then can redeem the code in their Dashboard. Token vouchers can only be redeemed once per customer and the same code cannot be redeemed multiple times.
Refunded Orders (When Tokens Were Used)
If an order that had token redemptions is refunded back to the customer, the Token Payback associated with the order will be cancelled. If the Token Payback has already been processed, the payment will be reversed and refunded as the order itself has also been refunded.
