Close Your Account

Go to Account → Close Account

If you would like to close your account, go to Account > Close Account (link is in the bottom left corner of the side panel).

You will be prompted to provide some additional information prior to closing your account. Fill out any required fields.

After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation message indicating that your request has been received. Requests typically take up to 5 business days to process.

⚠️ Danger! Important Considerations

Closing your account means permanently losing access to all order history, digital products, and messages associated with your account. This action cannot be undone

Be absolutely certain that you want to close your account before proceeding. Once the account is closed, all associated data will be irretrievable.
